The following is a dissertation on the features of Mailbox Filter and how it works:

 
Mailbox Filter is able to achieve a level of security in authorization without 
requiring other users to own Mailbox Filter to send messages. Through our 
private key system, Mailbox Filter is able to maintain integrity with other 
email users who do not own Mailbox Filter. All other systems that have security 
identification require that each user owns a copy of the product, along with 
digital keys etc. This means that you can have a level of security without the 
need for everyone to own the program. Anyone can have security without 
everyone else having to own the program.

The ability to automatically import email address books from most email 
programs makes the compiling of an authorized list of senders instantaneous. 
Mailbox Filter has a powerful built in Address Book conversion program that 
imports email address books from all the common email programs with the 
click of a button. All the information is encrypted into the users profile 
for safekeeping. 

The Postmaster Advice System (PAS) is a dynamic integrated help system that 
is active on the screen.  Instant detail to any function of the product is 
displayed at the bottom of the screen. This maintains full visibility of the 
program while getting detailed instructions without the need to go to a 
separate help window causing the user to leave the screen they are in and 
getting help on another screen. This is an active help system.

The Postmaster Route Map feature: This is an integrated orientation map with 
centralized program access. This is a visual presentation that is available 
when a user moves from one screen to another screen. It is active in that it 
displays a map that shows the user where they just came from and where they 
are going. It also allows the user to change to a different location at any 
time right from the visual map. 

Our automation process of email differs from other filtering programs in that 
Mailbox Filter allows people to issue keywords (email passwords) to their 
associates or in their advertising and then track these emails via the keyword 
list. Other programs use keywords in a negative sense by trying to list keywords 
to detect/reject SPAM. Mailbox Filter uses a positive acceptance model that 
provides automatic routing of keywords as they come into the system to track 
sales, leads, promotions and so forth. 

Mailbox Filter provides a safe preview. This prevents programs from automatically 
launching into your computer. Any email can be safely previewed through our safe 
preview feature rendering any message harmless. You have the ability to Neutralize 
off site web page references and scripting. This increases security and further 
prevents invasion of the users computer system.

Mailbox Filter has a unique process that neutralizes all potentially harmful email 
attachments. This prevents them from automatically opening and spreading a virus 
in the computer. This gives the user a firewall for their email system. This 
"email firewall" resides on the users computer with an intuitive interface that 
does not require them to be a system programmer to use it. As a server class 
product, this is the first in its kind to be comprehended by average computer users.

There is a built in organizational notification of irresponsible activity procedure 
that prompts system administrators when someone decides to accept a potentially 
harmful file into the system. This helps companies enforce policies on acceptance 
of attachments.

A unique automation procedure identifies email. Other systems are based on rules 
identification and implementation. This is complicated for the average user. 
We use a positive identification system and a unique junk mail identification 
procedure, which are integrated to provide a high level of intelligence and 
automation, other programs use a complicated rules based systems. 

Mailbox Filter uses incontrovertible format tests that identify junk mail. This

qualification system of who is sending the email and what level of authority

There is a built in courtesy reply system that notifies valid email address senders 
that they were not accepted. This differs from other programs that ignore this

technology provides a very unique and simplified approach to program instruction. This 
speeds up the learning curve for users and saves time in the process.
